The video shows him stopping along the edge of a narrow one-lane street after crossing into the truck’s path, only to be pulled beneath the massive vehicle seconds later. Witnesses screamed for the driver to stop, but the young man died instantly under the wheels. The tanker had reportedly been hired by the local municipality for water distribution.
