Not much is known about the victims or the executioner except the victims names which are Adnan Khalaf Suleiman, Laith Qais Sabez, Khazal Abdel Rahaan, Ragheed Khaled Jamal and Hataz Uday Ghanem. The victims were apparently captured and arrested due to speaking out against ISIS rule in Mosul and being apostates.
