I mean..... they are both good for different reasons. Brazil as well as the Mexican cartels vids have alwaysssss been shot on a shitty cellphone but that's part of their charm. I personally believe that they all got the idea from the beheading vids from the early y2k-2010 Taliban and etc. ISIS are obviously shot super duper fuckin well and slo mo, so you REALLY get to see everything and plus they are far more creative and some crafty bitches.
