If they aren't raised right they can turn just like a wild animal. Hell even when raised right sometimes they just have that killer instinct inside that makes them snap one day. It's really not any dog's fault when they turn, it's the people who bred such a dog to begin with, or whoever raised it had mistreated or didn't teach it any better.

I never blame any animal when they kill someone, there is always a reason, even if we don't understand it. Also there's billions of people so losing one to a dog, gator, or whatever is just nature's way of trying to keep our numbers in control, but it's never worked very good since there are so many of us.
