I saw an interview with one of their PTSD veterans and he was saying that what they encountered in Afghanistan was on a whole other level because of afghan tribes long history of fighting invaders. Ironic because Iraqis killed many more of their useless soldiers despite having no collective force or access to sophisticated weaponry.
The hundreds of thousands of lives they destroyed will take decades to recover from. A bunch of cowards who only came out when the helicopters and planes were supporting them from the air.
