The leader of the group who identified himself as 'Abdul-Hamīd al-Hamādāh(عبد الحميد الحمادة), is allowed to speak on behalf of the condemned men, he admitted the group were organise two car bomb attacks in Raqqah, the group also were paid to collect information of IS positions at Tabqa air base as well as illegally smuggling people and supplies out of the city. After his statements, he and his companions were executed publicly. The video was filmed in Raqqah, Syria.
