Most likely his fate will be the same as his victims, just a matter of time before Karma catches up to him. He may not suffer in this life, but the next will surely be the lesson reality will teach him because good/healthy habits attracts good/healthy outcomes, and bad/un-healthy habits attract bad/un-healthy outcomes! That poor child is a trauma victim for the rest of his life, being as young as he is and already have had a taste of what this world promotes; WAR, and will continue to be a place of violence, a place where the ignorant are in mass herds like sheep, where ever they go they follow someone, or something else, instead of focusing on leading themselves, they rather follow another increasing the probability of ignorant degenerative thinking. If you wish harm onto others and commit to that malevolence than you are the same as every other ignorant fool who is neurotic, and sadistic. Human nature is still not fully understood, we've only began to scratch the surface of knowing the brain and all its functioning, so being able to eradicate mental illness is more than just a challenge because so many are mentally ill, and so many don't even realize it or even know how to manage it, making our world a world of unpredictability when it comes to human behavior; we never know what a person will do but we are very aware of what humans are capable of.
