@demanindesuita I imagine after the initial burning sensation of a cut the feeling goes out. I mean maybe for a second you can feel the cut but I doubt you feel the lack of breathing as your no longer connected to your lungs. Not to mention all the nerves being severed. So really I don't think you feel it to long as long as the beheading is quick. Now a deep slash and then stopping.....that is probably rough.
