He crashes into her truck and when they both realize who it is, the woman takes out her gun again and starts shooting at him, whereupon he also took out his own firearm and shoots the hit woman, hitting her in the neck and protruding through her back. He commented that after that event, he stayed there, waiting for the police and the State Attorney General's Office to arrest him, but as part of the investigation, he was able to prove self-defense. Now, he has asked the State Attorney General's Office to continue investigating the case, because the woman was identified as a hitman originally from Tabasco.
