Its the face that needs to be sutured back and then again here is where she will have to undrgo major surgery .She is alive and she will live to see another day as her neck is not cut to half nor is the brain gone dead since the vital arterial system seems to have been left intact what ever bad omen came visiting to shut her daylights off . Damn awful to look at but the marvel of surgical hands will sew her face together .
