@entryox My 30mph estimate is a bit on the heavy side, 15 maybe, but even so, the odds are against him even with 1st class care. Just so stupid. I can't help watching the antics of the guy in the green cap. "Someone pay me attention. I barked my shin on a scaffold tube and I'm walking around in pain."

What did they think was going to happen? Uneven surface, tiny tower footprint, C of G 20ft up. You don't need health and safety training to know this will end badly. The victim face planted the ground at about 30mph. I can't see him surviving
