The trainee nurse Sandhya Choudhary, a student of class 12, was undergoing nursing training in the hospital. When she was carrying saline bottles and injections to save the life of a patient, a youth, said to be her boyfriend, slit her neck with a sharp-edged weapon. The girl tumbled to the ground in a pool of blood, with the injection syringes and saline bottles spreading everywhere. After committing the crime, the murderer surrendered before the Kotwali police, sources said.
