Similar thing happened to a security guard a few years back, hit his head, brain swelled up, had to crany him (craniectomy, it's where they remove a piece of the skull to remove pressure, sometimes burr holes arent good enough and the pressure will just push the brain out the burr hole so a whole chunk of skull needs to be removed) and remove part of his frontal lobe which controls a lot of your higher intellectual abilities like reading, writing, speaking and understanding languages, it also plays a large role in voluntary movement. TL;DR, brain swelling and guy's probably dead or a vegetable
