When one tried to grab his arm, he jumped down. There is an important lesson from the video. Never make quick movements towards a suicidal person, don't touch him and deal with him calmly. In most cases, it's worth waiting for a police patrol that is prepared for situations like this. Frantic behavior leads to frantic reactions. If you feel that the police cannot arrive on the scene in time, do not grab the suicide by the arm. Life is not a movie and you can't hold that weight.
