how do the surgeons put the face back together in this situation? I wonder if they write out a plan with steps? maybe start with bone structure and then go to soft tissues? but how do the tissues even come back together? do you just sew up the surface and then it just sort of works? i mean there is a lot of muscles and blood vessels and shit. how is it even possible to fix this?
