The perpetrator is only 17 years old. His name is Nino Luciano H.
The German teenager was in our country based on a protocol by which Germany sends to Romania children with serious behavioral problems, in order to be raised by families who agree to take care of them. One such child was Nino, an extremely violent boy from a disorganized family(his mother was a drug addict).
Brought to Mediaș when he was only 11 years old, Nino would have seemed, at one point, to show signs of correction, however, according to investigators, he was still depressed and introverted.
In all these years in which he lived in a family from Sibiu, the boy did not show any signs that he could commit such an act. Some sources say that, at the beginning, when he came to Romania, he was shy and did not want to talk to anyone.
Over time, he got used to it here. He would not have created problems before. Recently, however, when he learned that he would have to return to his homeland at the age of 18, his attitude changed.
The teenager became distant and introverted, a sign that he did not want to go back to Germany.
After committing the crime, Nino went home as if nothing had happened.
Later, caught by the Sibiu police, he admitted that he intended to join an extremist organization with a neo-Nazi ideology, and the crime, which targeted a Roma woman, had to be a proof of courage, necessary to be able to join the group( our Intelligence Service -SRI- helped during the investigation).
